Antoine (Tony) Sultana was Vice President of the New York Stock Exchange prior to founding Lancaster International, LLC in 2014. Lancaster International delivers development projects in the commercial and residential spheres by matching institutional and private funds with the best development partners. Mr. Sultana has more than 30 years’ experience in Real Estate, his track record encompasses every aspect from international construction to global project funding.

Mr. Sultana retired as Vice President after a 29-year career at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). He oversaw all Engineering, Operational and Real Estate Project Management Services in the US, including strategic and financial management. During his tenure at NYSE Euronext and its securities exchanges, the Trading Floor, Critical Systems and Operations did not experience a day, a single hour of unscheduled downtown caused by a Facilities or Operations systems failure: he is responsible for 100% uptime for nearly three decades.

Mr. Sultana directed and managed more than $600 million in NYSE capital improvements, including Trading Floor and Office Space upgrades and Data Center build-outs. He was responsible for NYSE plant operations at NYSE Headquarters, 11 Wall Street, and for all operations of its 1.25 million Sq.Ft. property portfolio. He was head of the Architectural, Management and Building Plant Operations teams and served as Compliance Officer for all Environmental and Regulatory programs encompassing governmental agencies.

Mr. Sultana joined the Exchange as Director, Real Estate and Facilities in 1985 and would lead the Global Real Estate and Corporate Services Division as Managing Director, as well as Engineering and Project Management and Operations at NYSE Euronext before retiring in 2014.

Mr. Sultana began his career as Operating Engineer at Cushman & Wakefield, further roles included Chief Engineer, Building Manager and Owners Representative. Mr. Sultana was responsible for the construction and operation of One Exchange Plaza and 45 Broadway in the Financial District as Owners Representative for Howard Ronson and HRO Group.

Mr. Sultana studied at the University of Malta and is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, State of New York.  Born in Malta and educated there and in New York, he lives in Middlesex County, New Jersey and has two sons.



Peter McCallion has over thirty years' experience practicing law. Mr. McCallion has represented real estate and construction companies, financial institutions, and high net worth individuals both nationally and internationally. 

Mr. McCallion is involved in financing large infrastructure, energy and real estate projects. He was previously General Counsel of William B. May Real Estate Company.

On behalf of Tully Construction, Inc., a New York company with a distinguished one hundred year history of infrastructure and heavy construction projects, Mr. McCallion helped obtain for his client the largest contract ever awarded in Westchester County. His real estate practice includes transactional as well as litigation services on behalf of large companies and individuals.

As part of his finance practice, Mr. McCallion is involved in transactions which involve joint ventures, acquisitions, mergers, and finance for ports, railroads and other major infrastructure projects.  Mr. McCallion represents renowned financial institutions with more than one billion under management, as well as real estate and other funds in New York, California and internationally.

Mr. McCallion represented over one hundred landowners and developers in the Hudson Valley in a lawsuit involving the New York City watershed regulations. In a test case tried in Putnam County Supreme Court, he won a verdict after a trial against the City of New York on behalf of the largest landowners in the County. He also litigated cases against municipalities and corporations for major New York City real estate developers that resulted in favorable outcomes for the clients.

Mr. McCallion earned a B.A. degree at Yale University, a M.A. degree at Duke University, and a J.D. degree at Fordham University School of Law. He lives in Westchester County, where he was born and raised, and has two children.
